That Report JBM-C 9-2022, dated November 17, 2022, respecting Court Services 2023 Operating Budget, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendation BE APPROVED: 1. That the 2023 Court Services gross operating budget of $10,252,444 thousand and net revenue of $87,323 (decrease in revenue of $551,718 or 86.3% over the 2022 net operating budget), in accordance with the 2023 budget planning strategy as outlined in Appendix 1 to Report JBM-C 9-2022, BE APPROVED and BE RECOMMENDED to Niagara Region Council as part of the 2023 Operating Budget deliberations.
