That the untravelled road allowance of a portion of Regional Road 20 (Highway 20) in the Township of West Lincoln, described as Part of Lot 13, Concession 8, Township of West Lincoln, designated as part 13 on Plan 30R-3245, being part of PIN 46055-0612 and containing approximately 218.53 square metres (approximately 0.054 acres) as shown on Appendix 1 attached (the “Untravelled Road Allowance”) BE APPROVED to be stopped up and closed; and 2. That the necessary by-laws BE PREPARED and PRESENTED to Council for consideration.

That Contract 2021-T-269 Road Widening and Reconstruction of Regional Road 98 (Montrose Road), Regional Road 47 (Lyons Creek Road) and Biggar Road in The City of Niagara Falls, BE AWARDED to the lowest compliant bidder, Beam-Rankin Joint Venture Ltd, at their bid price of $27,961,200.25 (including 13% HST); and 2. That a capital budget adjustment in the amount of $6,378,769 gross and $0 net to recognize the cost sharing agreement with the City of Niagara Falls BE APPROVED for the Reconstruction of Regional Road 98 (Montrose Road).
