That Report RDCPTF-C 9-2021, dated October 21, 2021, respecting Additional Information Regarding Residential Development Charge Rates by Square Foot (Area), BE RECEIVED and the following recommendation BE APPROVED: 1. That staff BE DIRECTED to single-source to CANCEA the research regarding correlation between dwelling size and persons per unit, to be reported back to Council before proceeding with any further action regarding the 2022 development charges background study and by- law update.
