That Item CWCD 2024-98, being a letter from the Town of Fort Erie dated May 28, 2024, respecting Continuation of Urgent Care Centre Operation in Fort Erie (& Port Colborne) and Request for Regional Support, BE RECEIVED; That Regional Council SUPPORT the Town of Fort Erie in advocating to the Minister of Health and Niagara Health for a commitment to continue the operation of Urgent Care Centre at Douglas Memorial in Fort Erie following the opening of the South Niagara Hospital as the primary care safety net until a viable and sustainable alternative is in place in the community; and That a copy of this motion BE SENT to the Minister of Health and Niagara Health.

That Memorandum CL-C 56-2024, dated June 27, 2024, respecting Community Safety and Policing Act – Protocol for the Sharing of Information between the Niagara Police Service Board and Niagara Region, BE RECEIVED; and That Regional Council AUTHORIZE the Regional Chair and Regional Clerk to sign the Protocol for the Sharing of Information between the Regional Municipality of Niagara Police Service Board and The Regional Municipality of Niagara.

That Minutes PBLRC 2-2024 being the Open Session minutes of the Procedural By-law Review Committee meeting held on Monday, May 27, 2024, BE RECEIVED and the recommendations contained therein BE APPROVED.

That Minutes PWC 6-2024 being the Open and Closed Session minutes of the Public Works Committee meeting held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, BE RECEIVED and the recommendations contained therein BE APPROVED.
