That clause 2 BE AMENDED as follows: 2. That Regional Council DELEGATE temporary authority to the CAO and Commissioner of Corporate Services/Treasurer to execute affordable residential DC exemption agreements and other associated documents, including without limitation, registration of charges and postponements of interest, to secure affordable housing units in accordance with section 4.1 of the DC Act and this report, as an interim measure until such time as a policy is approved; provided that the template Agreements are provided to the Corporate Services Committee for review.
