That Report PHD 4-2023, dated April 4, 2023, respecting Public Health 2023 Annual Service Plan and Budget Submission, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendation BE APPROVED: 1. That the Board of Health (BOH) APPROVE the Public Health 2023 Annual Service Plan and Budget Submission (ASP) to the Ministry of Health for a total gross budget of $54,193,894, inclusive of eight, one- time funding requests totaling $14,892,698.

That Report PHD 3-2023, dated April 4, 2023, respecting Ontario Seniors Dental Care Plan, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendation BE APPROVED: 1. That Public Health Staff BE AUTHORIZED to reallocate funds between contracted service delivery partners based on local needs, and their ability to maximize funding.
