That Report WMPSC-C 23-2021, dated June 28, 2021, respecting Blue Box Lids and Covers, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendation BE APPROVED: That the Waste Management Planning Steering Committee RECOMMENDS to the Public Works Committee: 1. That staff BE DIRECTED to continue promoting the availability of recycling box lids and covers through public retail and on-line outlets, using Regional communication avenues, in place of offering recycling box lids or covers.
