That Report PHD 8-2025, dated November 4, 2025, Implementation of a New Housing First Assertive Community Treatment Team, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendations BE APPROVED: 1. That the addition of 12 permanent full-time equivalents (FTEs), fully funded through the Purchase of Service agreement with Gateway Residential and Community Support Services BE APPROVED, in order to establish a new Housing First Assertive Community Treatment Team (HFACTT); and 2. That the Commissioner of Public Health/Medical Officer of Health BE AUTHORIZED to execute the Purchase of Service Agreement with Gateway Residential and Community Support Services, to be prepared in a form satisfactory to the Director of Legal and Court Services.
