That the capital projects W-M-006 $6.56 Million with 90% Development Charge funding and wastewater project WW-SPS- 041 $1.31 Million with 80% Development Charge funding BE APPROVED IN PRINCIPLE subject to Regional Council budget approval in 2023; 3.
