That Report COM 32-2025, dated September 9, 2025, Investment Plan for Ontario Priorities Housing Initiative (OPHI) and Canada-Ontario Community Housing Initiative (COCHI) Funding, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendation BE APPROVED: 1. That the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) mandated Canada-Ontario Community Housing Initiative (COCHI) and Ontario Priorities Housing Initiative (OPHI) investment plan for the 2025-26 funding allotment BE APPROVED.
