That Report PW 14-2024, dated May 7, 2024, respecting Gross Budget Increase for Catherine Street Sewage Pumping Station Upgrades – Stage 4 Archaeological Assessment, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendation BE APPROVED: 1. That the gross capital budget for Catherine Street Sewage Pumping Station Upgrades BE INCREASED by $988,000 and that the increase BE FUNDED as follows:  Capital Variance Project – Wastewater - $553,280  Development Charges – Wastewater - $434,720

That Report PW 16-2024, dated May 7, 2024, respecting Appointments to Transportation Strategy Steering Committee, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendation BE APPROVED: 1. That the recommendation contained in Confidential Appendix 1 to Report PW 16-2024, BE APPROVED, confirming the appointments to the Transportation Strategy Steering Committee for the remainder of this term of Council.

That Memorandum PWC-C 3-2024, dated May 7, 2024, respecting Update on Public Works Capital Projects, BE RECEIVED.

1. That staff BE DIRECTED to report back to the Public Works Committee with a high-level assessment of the feasibility of a District Energy site at the proposed South Niagara Wastewater Treatment Plant.
