That Memorandum CL-C 1-2026, dated January 8, 2026, respecting Declaration of Vacant Regional Council Seat (City of Niagara Falls) BE RECEIVED; That, pursuant to Section 262(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, the seat held by Bob Gale, Regional Councillor for the City of Niagara Falls, BE DECLARED vacant; and That Regional Council REQUESTS the City of Niagara Falls advise of its preferred appointee to fill the vacancy on Regional Council no later than February 6, 2026.
