That Report PW 38-2025, dated October 7, 2025, respecting Award of Contract 2024-T-100 Road Reconstruction of Regional Road 81 (King St) between Greenlane and Lincoln Avenue in the Town of Lincoln, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendations BE APPROVED: 1. That the capital budget BE INCREASED by $4,586,709 gross and $145,753 net for the Regional Road 81 (King Street) Reconstruction, and that the increase BE FUNDED as follows:  Development Charges – Roads $3,396,384  Capital Variance Project (CVP) – Levy $145,753  Cost Sharing - Town of Lincoln $1,044,572; and 2. That Contract 2024-T-100 – Road Reconstruction of Regional Road 81 (King Street) from Greenlane to Lincoln Avenue in the Town of Lincoln BE AWARDED to the lowest compliant bidder, Walker Construction Limited, at their bid price of $12,382,608.93 (including 13% HST).
