That Report CSD 2-2026, dated February 2, 2026, respecting Approval of 2026 Interim Levy Dates and Amounts, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendations BE APPROVED: 1. That the interim Regional levy amounts and dates BE APPROVED in accordance with Appendix 1 to Report CSD 2-2026; 2. That the appropriate by-law BE PREPARED for presentation to Regional Council for consideration and approval; and 3. That Report CSD 2-2026 BE CIRCULATED to the Local Area Municipalities for information.

That Report CSD 3-2026, dated February 2, 2026, respecting Primary Public Safety Answering Point Agreement (“PPSAP Agreement”) with The Regional Municipality of Niagara Police Service Board – Management and Operation of 9-1-1 Call Answer Service, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendation BE APPROVED: 1. That the Regional Chair and Regional Clerk BE AUTHORIZED to execute the PPSAP Agreement and any ancillary documents, amendments, or renewals required to give effect to the PPSAP Agreement, provided that the agreement is in a form satisfactory to the Director of Legal and Court Services.

That Confidential Report HR 1-2026, dated February 11, 2026, respecting A Matter of Labour Relations or Employee Negotiations under s. 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 - Labour Relations Strategy for Upcoming Collective Bargaining with ONA Local 9 Public Health, BE RECEIVED and the recommendations contained therein BE APPROVED.
