That Report JBM-C 5-2025, dated October 16, 2025, respecting Court Services 2026 Operating Budget, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendation BE APPROVED: 1. That the 2026 Court Services gross base operating budget of $13,028,829 and net base revenues of $100,211 (increase in net revenues of $757 or 0.8% over the 2025 net operating budget) as outlined in Appendix 3 to Report JBM-C 5-2025, BE APPROVED and BE RECOMMENDED to Regional Council as part of the 2026 operating budget deliberations.
