That Correspondence Item TSC-C 2-2021, being a memorandum from C. Ryall, Director, Transportation Services, dated April 27, 2021, respecting Greater Niagara Circle Route Proposed Workplan, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendation BE APPROVED: 1. That the proposed work plan for the Greater Niagara Circle Route Committee, Appendix 1 of Correspondence Item TSC-C 2-2021, BE APPROVED.

That Report TSC-C 5-2021, dated April 27, 2021, respecting Greater Niagara Circle Route – Welland Canal Parkway Trail Extension, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendations BE APPROVED: That the Transportation Steering Committee RECOMMENDS to the Public Works Committee: 1. That an extension of the Welland Canal Parkway Trail north of Lakeshore Road BE APPROVED; 2. That wayfinding initiatives on the Greater Niagara Circle Route BE APPROVED; and 3. That the necessary budget amendments to undertake these initiatives BE CONSIDERED.
