That Report PW 14-2026, dated May 12, 2026, respecting Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Control Program – 2026 Funding Recommendations, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendations BE APPROVED: 1. That staff BE AUTHORIZED to issue letters to award Combined Sewer Overflow Control Program funding to Local Area Municipalities for qualifying projects as outlined in Appendix 1 for funding options as set out in Appendix 2 and subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Appendix 3; and 2. That Local Area Municipalities BE ADVISED of the results of Regional funding support, as outlined in Appendix 1.

That Memorandum PWC-C 8-2026, dated May 12, 2026, respecting Recommendation for Consideration from the Waste Management Planning Steering Committee meeting held April 27, 2026, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendation BE APPROVED: 1. That staff BE DIRECTED to request a delegation at the 2026 Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) Annual Conference to advocate for changes to address recycling service gaps for non- eligible sources under Ontario’s Blue Box regulatory framework.
