That Report PW 14-2023, dated May 9, 2023, respecting 2021 Water and Wastewater Master Servicing Plan Update, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendations BE APPROVED: 1. That the 2021 Water and Wastewater Master Servicing Plan Update Executive Summary Final Report April 2023, (Appendix 1 of Report PW 14-2023) BE ADOPTED.

That Report PW 19-2023, dated May 9, 2023, respecting Biosolids Update, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendations BE APPROVED: 1. That staff BE DIRECTED to ensure that the current Biosolids Master Plan review includes consideration of efficient and effective use of resources, costs, reporting, internal controls, and safeguarding of corporate assets; and 2. That upon completion of the Biosolids Master Plan development, staff BE DIRECTED to provide a report to the Public Works Committee including a future audit plan to evaluate the implementation of recommendations approved by Council in the Biosolids Master Plan.
