That the assessment of expected impacts to Regional services arising from the consolidation of transit services in Niagara BE RECEIVED; and 2. That staff BE DIRECTED to consider and incorporate these impacts as part of the updated transition plan to be returned in a final report to Regional Council for triple-majority consideration of transit consolidation.
