That Report COM 14-2023, dated May 9, 2023, respecting Homelessness Contract Adjustments – Housing First & Home for Good, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendations BE APPROVED: 1. That the previously approved Housing First contract through Gateway Residential & Community Support Services (Gateway) totaling $4,703,400.00, BE DECREASED by $136,310.00, for a total revised value of $4,586,590.00; 2. That the previously approved Home for Good contract through Gateway totaling $1,226,100.00, BE INCREASED by $187,898.00, for a total revised value of $1,419,198.00; and 3. That the Commissioner of Community Services BE AUTHORIZED to negotiate and execute the required amendments to implement contract amendment(s) for Gateway Residential & Community Support Services (Gateway) within Homelessness Services in a form approved by the Director of Legal Services.

That Report COM 17-2023, dated May 9, 2023, respecting Homelessness Services Assertive Outreach Procurement Approval, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendations BE APPROVED: 1. That the special circumstance purchase orders relating to Assertive Outreach services in Niagara through Gateway Residential & Community Support Services BE INCREASED by $315,000.00, to be funded through the already approved 2023 homelessness budget, for special circumstance purchase orders totaling $1,706,375.00; and 2. That an additional contingency of $150,000.00, BE APPROVED, should system adjustments be necessary.
