That Report PW 6-2024, dated March 5, 2024, respecting Award of Contract 2023-T-222 Regional Road 45 Oswego Creek Bridge (Structure No. 045205) Over Oswego Creek, in the Township of Wainfleet, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendations BE APPROVED: 1. That Contract 2023-T-222 Regional Road 45 Oswego Creek Bridge (Structure No. 045205) over Oswego Creek, BE AWARDED to, Anthony’s Excavating Central Inc., at their bid price of $5,836,335.87 (including 13% HST); and 2. That the Regional Chair and the Regional Clerk BE AUTHORIZED to execute the contract documents, in a form satisfactory to the Director, Legal and Court Services.

That minutes WMPSC 1-2024, being the minutes of the Waste Management Planning Steering Committee, BE RECEIVED.

That this Committee DO NOW MOVE into closed session for the purpose of receiving information of a confidential nature respecting: A Matter of Commercial Information Supplied in Confidence and a Position to be Applied to Negotiations under s. 239(2)(i) and (k) of the Municipal Act, 2001 – Negotiations with Miller Waste Systems Inc. and GFL Environmental Inc. for Recycling Collection from Non-Eligible Sources under Blue Box Regulation (O. Reg 391/21)
