Roy Adams Humanitarian Award Committee Nominations Evaluation Matrix, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendation BE APPROVED: 1. That, based on the results of the 2021 evaluation matrix contained in Confidential Appendix 1 to Report TRAHAC-C 2021, the selected recipient of the T. Roy Adams Humanitarian of the Year Award for 2021, BE APPROVED.
