That Correspondence Item PBLRC-C 3-2023, dated April 24, 2023, respecting Procedural By-law Review Committee 2023 Work Plan, BE RECEIVED; and That the Procedural By-law Review Committee 2023 Work Plan, BE APPROVED. The following friendly amendments, were accepted by the Chair, and the mover and seconder of the motion:  Change the priority of Goal 3(f) of the Procedural By-law Review Committee 2023 Work Plan from "medium" to "high"  Add Closed Session procedures for virtual participation as Goal 3(h) The Chair called the vote on the approval of the Work Plan, as amended, and declared it,
